Empowering Youth Through a Community IT Training Center

The Challenge

Many young people in the Chatorkhan community had the ambition to build successful careers but lacked access to quality digital education, modern technology, and professional training. Limited resources and inadequate learning facilities prevented many students from developing the IT and freelancing skills needed to compete in today's digital economy.

The Solution

Recognizing this need, Gateway Brotherhood Foundation (GBF), in collaboration with the Local Council Chatorkhan, established a fully equipped IT Training Center to provide young people with practical digital education and career-focused training. To create a modern and effective learning environment, GBF supplied essential classroom furniture, multimedia equipment, and other educational resources required for high-quality instruction.

The center was designed to give students access to the technology and facilities necessary to learn, practice, and grow with confidence.

The training program focused on freelancing, computer literacy, digital skills, and professional development, enabling participants to gain practical knowledge that prepares them for remote work, online employment, and self-employment opportunities.

The Impact

The IT Training Center has become a valuable learning hub for the community, opening new opportunities for youth to develop in-demand digital skills and build sustainable careers. Students have gained the confidence to explore freelancing platforms, strengthen their technical abilities, and pursue income-generating opportunities in the global digital marketplace.
